SHIPPING POLICY

At Lonumi, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the important information about our shipping times, processing times, tracking, and delivery conditions.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During high-demand periods, product launches, promotional campaigns, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time to the United States is usually:

7–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United States.

If shipping to your location is not available at checkout, this means we are currently unable to deliver to that address.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

If your tracking link does not show movement right away, this does not necessarily mean your order has not shipped. Carriers sometimes take a few days to scan and update tracking information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lonumi is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please first check your tracking information for the latest updates.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building reception, mailroom, or your local carrier office.

Lonumi is not responsible for packages that are stolen or misplaced after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you need help reviewing the situation, you can contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For orders shipped within the United States, additional customs duties are generally not expected.

However, if any local taxes, import fees, duties, or customs charges apply depending on your location or order circumstances, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Lonumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

ORDER DELAYS

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may happen due to factors beyond our control, including:

Carrier delays
Weather conditions
Customs or import processing
Incorrect shipping information
Holiday periods
Unexpected logistics disruptions

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or shipping logistics.

If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you once the package is received back.

Additional shipping fees may apply if you would like the order to be reshipped.
